Unitized Curtain Wall

In the unitized system, curtain wall components are standardized and pre-assembled at the factory into units that typically include vertical and horizontal framing members, infill panels (such as glass or aluminum), and gaskets or sealants. These preassembled units are then transported to the construction site for hoisting and installation.

Since most of the assembly work is completed in the factory, the unitized curtain wall system significantly improves installation efficiency and reduces on-site labor and time.
